It was our turn to have Mom and Dad Jorgensen over for Sunday dinner! Bruschetta, green salad, roasted pepper soup, and lentil soup made the menu. Looks like they were pretty happy with it. Too bad we didn't get photos at the Ethiopian restaurant the night before. Picture 5 adults eating with their hands out of one big plate... and loving it.

i've always wanted to go to an ethiopian restaurant, but whenever i have ever brought it up someone always makes a "starving" joke. to that the subject gets changed. maybe i will just have everyone meet me there...
That is such a good picture of Dad J, seriously. Did you like the sourdough crepe thing you eat Ethiopian food with? I had it once and liked everything but that.
yeah - i agree. the sourdough crepe thing was just okay. everything else was delish.
