Karl made some some great potato latkes. I did the only thing I am capable of doing (cutting up the vegetables). The menu included latkes, applesauce, tossed salad w/croutons and toasted sunflower seeds, watermelon, and some great lemon sodas imported from Italy.

yummy! i've made latkes several times for 'hannukah night' and no one here is so into them (!). bummer.
